Does anything show up in Task Manager >Processes >Memory column and in Performance > Memory graph whilst the"slow loading" is taking place ?
If the RAM sticks are aging, this may have a bearing on the slowness and could require each one being checked for seating and serviceability.

Run "chkdsk c: /scan /perf" if Crystal Disk Info reports good drive health

If you want to rule out RAM issues, make a Memtest86 USB and run it overnight to test your RAM.

I've never heard of RAM lasting forever.
The slowness referred to is if,for example, you have two sticks of RAM of which only one is operational, then a performance reduction occurs.

Feel free to define forever and produces some references ............ how often do you replace your RAM and how/when do you decide it needs to be replaced?

Forever is one of many words only defined contextually, not numerically
    Some others are---infinite,countless,interminable,ad infinitum.
If I comment that my parents first refrigerator did not last forever, most people perfectly understand the meaning.
RAM sticks are replaced when performance indicates it is those which are the root of the problem.
In POST 14,you suggested using Memtest86.Was that because you did not think memory could be faulty?
Over the years I have replaced PSU's,HDD's,GPU's and thermal paste.
If it needed to be done,it was.
Counting was and is irrelevant.I leave that aspect to you, being more adept than I.
