Issue trying to delete a folder via explorer or cmd prompt

So on a long rabbit hole of trying to sync Minecraft saves from one pc to another using OneDrive, then robocopy with /Mir, I managed to mess something up. Im am just not sure where at this point. The first thing I tried to do was use a symbolic link in OneDrive to Sync the folders. That did not work as I expected. So i deleted the folder from the OneDrive on both PCs. Then I attemped to use Robocopy. The system in question was on the receiving end of the robocopy sync. I attempted to sync the minecraftWorlds folder located at:
    C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.moja ng\minecraftWorlds

This resulted in there being two folders with Identical names showing in explorer. Which shouldnt be possible as far as I know.

After this, I deleted one folder, I am not sure which(the original or the newly synced folder)
It deleted fine. Then I attemped to delete the second folder and it fails with a explorer window that says Item Not Found in the title bar and in the body says: Could not find this item
this is no longer located in: Path to File

Verift the item's location and try again.

The PC is running Windows 10 Home 20H2.

Any help appreciated. I would prefer not to have to reinstall.

    Things I have tried:
Booting from Usb Linux Distro and deleting the folder from there, failed.
Deleting the symbolic hard link, couldnt figure out how to do so.
Third party software, wise force deleter, failed

    This might work for you.
    1 left click on file/folder
    2 Right click on it.
    3 click on "Properties"
    4 click on "Details" tab
5 at the bottom of the window, click on "Remove properties and personal information"
6 in the new window, click on the second Radio button "Remove the following properties from this file"
7 in the same window, click "Select All"
    8 in the same window,click "O.K."
    9 in "Details" tab window,click on "O.K."
    Should now be deleted.

Its a Folder, not a file. There is no details tab on Folders. Also just noticed that there is nothing in the Security Tab, just a red circle with an x and a message: The requested security information is either unavailable or cant be displayed.

How bizarre, I uninstalled all instances of Minecraft from Apps and Features and the folder is now gone. Would not have suspected that the uninstaller would have been able to overcome this issue.

Step 1 covers file OR folder.
If you do not have a Details tab, your system is corrupt.
The method outlined is a Windows only tool,no third party involvement.
The Security tab was never invoked by me.

Step 1 as in left clicking on file/folder? All I was saying is that details is a tab that is only available on file properties, not in folder properties. The security tab info I provided was just extra info in trying to solve this issue. I also stated I tried some third party tools, which ended up not working.

Left click to Select the file or folder. Then RIGHT click on that selection to bring up the menu and "Properties" should be at the bottom.
In my system this gives the following tabs---General---Security---Details---Previous versions---.
It is an inbuilt Windows tool and theoretically should be standard.

    For Final Clarification
Files have the following tabs---General---Security---Details----Previous Versions---
Folders only have the following tabs---General---Sharing---Security---Previous Versions---Customize---

I checked this on two different machines running Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro. File Properties and Folder Properties are not the same, there is no Details tab for folders. Regardless, my issue is now resolved. I thank you for your effort in trying to help, but in this case, it did not apply to my problem.
