Download Bootice, this allows You to see the Bootsectors of Your Bootdrive
Sometimes Windows write onto the bootsectors to execute some code,

But it can also be a bootvirus which are undetected even with sophisticated antivirus programs
You can reset MBR & GPT items etc,
Mayby there is nothing abnormal,but give it a try
Have a look at Anvir Taskmanager ,this will warn You every time a new program installs thet runs when booting
