What about the comparison of Full charge capacity to Design change?

Check its state by comparing Full charge capacity to Design change. These parameters can be obtained in a Battery report or an Energy report. A battery report is simpler to look through - those parameters are right near the top under the heading Installed batteries. Put a path to a folder of your own in place of my D:\Desktop
    Code:
    PowerCfg /batteryreport /output D:\Desktop\BatteryReport.html /Duration 1

That depends on the battery but the batteries I am keeping has at least 90% design capacity, this particular battery is a bit odd because the full charge capacity is larger than the design capacity.

    However, is that relevant?

It certainly seems that battery degradation is not the cause of your problem then.

That was the only sensible contribution I had so I'll bow out now,
    Best of luck,

[I have one computer, a tablet-with-integrated keyboard, that always reports last charged / Design capacity as 146%. I have always assumed that its makers have jobbed something somewhere in order to cover up something or other. But I've never investigated it in any detail because I do not know where to start.]
