It may be safe but it's for older models of Dell computers, just don't accept any changes suggested. Might check with Dell for a new version for your Win10. I had it leftover from an older Windows on my 755 but uninstalled it.

But the OP lists an Optiplex 755 in his/her My Computer, as I recall the 755 I had was several years older than the 7050.

If you found it listed in your Drivers & downloads section after entering your Dell Service tag in Dell support then yes.
