Another request, how do I delete files from "File Upload Manager-Manage all files that you have uploaded", after I have used them.

What program are you using this with? What are you Uploading? And to Where?
Windows does not have an Upload Manager, or Download Manager for that matter. You would have go to that program to manage them.
If you remove then then nobody will be able to see the attached files in your previous posts because they've been removed.
