    Black Menus after upgrade

After upgrading to Win 10 the menus for various settings are blacked out, in other words the background with the text is all black. I'll post a screen shot of a typical one (Tab settings). Of course not being able to read the text means I can't change settings. this happens with various optional setting menus for programs other than Windows.

I've spent 15 mins looking for this "enhanced..." setting - maybe you could give a little more guidance.

I'll try to upload a PDF with two screen shots on it. I'm really frustrated because every time I click on a setting I can't change anything.

    Hi,

Try to reset your theme and DPI scaling.

I'm back - still have the problem. Sorry for the delay but too many distractions.
Anyway, I did go into settings but don't see any thing that changes the problem.
Changing from Light to Dark changes nothing - in my case the background is black and the text is black so I can see nothing.
Where do I change DPI setting?
