    Hi John

    What exactly were you attempting to modify in Outlook?

    In Outlook, look at the Privacy settings in File/Options/General/Privacy settings.

    Certain configurations to these settings could result in the message you posted.

    Windows 10 Pro has access to extra features beyond the Home version. The Group Policy Editor allows extra controls to lock out features from all users including administrators.

    In a work environment with an Enterprise version of Windows, the system admin would be able to lockout almost all advanced features from regular users.

    Hold the Win key + R to launch a Run dialogue window and type or copy & paste the following followed by enter;

    Code:
    gpedit.msc

    Open Local Group Policy Editor in Windows 10

    There are a few settings specific to Microsoft Office 365 Outlook & Microsoft Outlook.

    Check Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/All settings. Scroll down to Microsoft Office 365 Outlook & Microsoft Outlook.

    Also check User Configuration/Administrative Templates/All settings. Scroll down to same as above.

    I finally tried your suggestion. In both areas, I changed then to enabled for Outlook 365 and PowerPoint 36, andd it did not work. I probably don't know what I am doing. Some specific help would be appreciated. Thank you, John

    Thanks W10 Tweaker.
    Checking the box for "Turn on experiences that download online content." worked for me.
    I'm not sure why it works because the box for "Turn on all connected experiences" was already checked. Shouldn't that mean "all"? Apparently not.
