Error Stop Code, something about windows do not read start up module correctly, & I never know when it hits me, I am afraid to update yes pretty much do anything, it is a new PC/Laptop 70 hours of runtime.
Can I fix this my self or what, Please Help!

As stated, a new computer should work out of the box. If there is any issue, take it back to place of purchase for a replacement. If it has been more then 30 days since purchase, you can contact HP, if that is the computer under your profile. Check your Warranty and return it to them for free replacement.
If you don't want to do that, I would first start Uninstalling all of your 3rd party Security and VPN software to test. See how that goes, you can always reinstall it later
Send the welfare machine back. Save up and get a Thinkpad or Thinkcentre
