I have a Client-side Error Message, need help how to handle it

    Yeah, I was about to say if no browsers work on your PC, try a different device. Now you already did that and know it's their fault.

    I did suggest for you to call them before - much easier for them to confirm there's not a problem on their end.

    I got it Steve, it was the Bank's site, and me as well. It was about auto-fill for one thing, and I needed to go into "main" website.

    I am grateful for your help, as always, and I was so fortunate to get a nice guy to walk me through some easy steps to get me logged in, etc. You really are a jewel to help me out, especially when my brain just won't kick in at all. You are both patient and kind, Denise

    Yes sir, I am able now I think I depend too much on online-banking, but I was never good at filling in all the blanks in a checkbook either

    I use online banking as much as possible too .......... who wants to go waste time and energy going to the bank if it can be avoided - not I either - especially now with COVID

    Ditto I have some extra security on there now, thanks to my talk with the Customer Rep Thanks again Steve. Gonna relax and play a game for awhile
