Introduction and issues with Win11 setup from Win10 ver 21H2

Hi, welcome to tenforums. For anyone trying to help, please could you provide some background as to how you acquired your Win 10 license.

Get a copy of Showkeyplus (free, Google, by member Superfly); run that and post a screenshot obscuring details of any actual license code.

We'd also need evidence that you have a valid license.

Could you please post a screenshot of the message you see, thus:

Images inserted include one from Showkey Plus and
another from Activation under Setting, showing Digital license being linked to Microsoft Account.
Win 7 was pre-installed in my Acer Switch 12 (Core M, 4Gb RAM), and upgraded to Win 8.1 and then Win 10,
hence Digital License.
After logging in with my Microsoft Account, and under Admin, I mounted the win11x64v1 ISO, and clicked Setup.
Setup reported "unable to validate product key".
I spoke with MS SIN Tech Support team today. CS advised that this issue happened because I upgraded from a
Machine pre-installed with Win 7. If the Tablet was pre-installed with Win 10, this will not be an issue.
(Caveat: The appraiserres.dll was modified to overcome the TPM 2.0 issue).

I looked through the MS support and other forums, and the consensual solution seemed to be: a digital license
linked to my Microsoft Account, validated by Activation, logged into my Microsoft Account, and under Admin mode.

Not sure what else was missing. Appreciate any suggestion. Shalom!

Anyway, I'm not real clear on what your issue is or what you're asking so...

Lastly, NEVER ever publicly expose your license key as you're doing now. That's how software gets stolen.

There's nothing to steal from the generic keys posted in this case - they are available on the internet.

Luckily Brink deleted the image. And yes, there was another key there, thus the image deletion

And that key is NOT a "generic Windows 10 upgrade key"; and thus, should not be publicly posted
