Some Win key shortcuts not working

It started today AFAIK. Some work, some not. A few examples:

    Working
Windows key + M — Minimize all windows
Windows key + B — Set focus notification area in the Taskbar
Windows key + T — Cycle through apps in the Taskbar
Windows key + E — Open File Explorer
    Windows key + I — Open Settings
Windows key + R — Open Run command

    Not working
Windows key + D — Display and hide the desktop
Windows key + F — Launch Feedback Hub app

Win + D is the one I use most while working.

Did Microsoft change any of these shortcuts recently, with new Windows 10 versions? Or is it an issue?

I tried the solutions here TNA. Any ideas how I can fix this? TIA.

The only one on your list that appeared not to be the same on my main computer is WinKey + D which toggles between minimizing everything and reopening. Most times I use the features of Peek, hover to momentarily show the desktop or click to minimize and restore open programs [my Win11 version of Peek has minimize but not the momentary show].

The reason why I use Win + D most is that I have shortcuts for some of my clients folders on the Desktop (I work from home). So that when I finish working on, say, a .DOCX file and have to send it right away via WhatsApp Web, I hit Win + D to go to the Desktop, open the client's folder, select that .DOCX file to drag and drop it onto WhatsApp Web. Of course, I optionally can use the Taskbar context menu or click on that Peek area to jump to the Desktop. But I'm a kind of keyboard guy, and also like it when I can combine mouse and keyboard to speed up stuff.

But the main point here is why some of these shortcuts work and others don't.
