Okay but the URL looks genuine

msofficestore.uk/product/windows-10-pro/]Buy Windows 10 Pro License Key | Retail Version | MS Office Store/

Surly I can trust a URL like this. I have seen doddy links before with a spelling diffrence to trick people. But I thought should check here first. Thanks.

The link on my post here seems to be diffrent than the one on my URL browser. See what it looked like here.

    Hi,
    Not a Microsoft store
But using MS on it's site is fishy as hell

At that practice many sites sell 10 pro or 11.. cheaper and you'd frankly be taking the same risk just at a much lower price so no that would not be a good deal.

Pay attention on what you buy
    - OEM license can be used only once. You cant transfer to another computer.
    - Retail license is a little more expensive but you can transfer it to another computer. I think it worth the over price.

Not entirely accurate... I've had OEM keys being used multiple times in VMs and other computers and have had them all stay "activated" at the same time. I guess it just comes down to whether or not Microsoft's activation servers decide to stop you from using the key or not.

I agree. Microsoft has become very lax in what they will allow for OEM licenses and product keys. In fact, any OEM digital license for Windows 10/11 can be converted to a retail license simply by changing the product key to the generic product key for that edition of Windows.

Always amazes me when people unearth strange websites where you have to argue about their legitimacy. Here's what Amazon offers in the UK

There are always sellers there (other than Microsoft offering license keys for way less). The way I see it, at least you have Amazon to help you if what they sell is garbage, their customer service has always been helpful to me (and I'm not in the UK, so I buy from the UK version very rarely).

What annoys me with that is the one offer for Windows 11 @ £39 states it can also be used to update Windows 10 - I wonder how many will be fooled into paying £39 for something they have for free from Microsoft
