Start-up fault Win 10 19044

Hi all, I did the 21H2 update to three computers with similar installs.
on TWO machines, not TPM type, everything went fine but on Boot up, they display this message:

It doesn't appear to harm anything just annoying is all. that folder appears to be for Cortana.
Anyone have an idea as to how I can rid the machines of this error? PLEASE
