No BIOS on start-up with new GPU

Greetings, this is my first post and hoping you guys can solve my problem.

A month ago my computer was fine after I installed a GPU. I did a benchmark and afterward, I can't get a BIOS signal. At first I thought it was a bad GPU giving me "No Signal", but after getting a new GPU it still has no signal.

I'm still building my computer. It had 6 fans, while waiting for my new GPU I ordered 4 more. My old fans still have their old configuration while the new fans are just rotating and have a rainbow visual when I turn it on. My memory has the same lighting configuration. Don't know why my fans, CPU header, and memeory all seem to be running fine and what they're programmed to do. I still can't get a signal.

GPU is the same as the one I replaced a Cerebus 1030 2 GB.

Could you confirm you are unable to access the bios?

Are you able to log in to Win 10 or is the build still in the process of completion?

Can't tell from your description just what you were using for graphics before the system went bad: assuming it was on-board graphics, then I suggest you revert to using that on-board connection, and check in the BIOS for any settings that might disable a discrete card. If it was a previous card that you still have, try running with that. If that fails, something else has gone wrong, and the problem may not be the new card.

Correct, I cannot access the BIOS. Benchmarked its performance with the same type of GPU, strangely my computer didn't shut down at the time. With a complete build and a new GPU I get no signal and cannot log into BIOS.

@NorthernXY, you need to give us some monitor information. Brand and model. Are you connected via HDMI or DVI? Have you made sure all the connections are tight on both ends? Have you tried different cables? Have you tried plugging the monitor into a different source such as a DVD player? Are you sure the monitor is set for the correct input? Can you get an on-screen menu from the monitor's pushbutton controls?

I used to work for a cable TV company. Went on a call once that a lady's cable had gone out after she vacuumed. No, the cable wasn't out. She had unplugged the TV set with the vacuum cleaner.

I'm using a Vizio television for a monitor and connected with HDMI cable. It's working right now with my laptop and was working for a while with my complete rig.

I would reset the BIOS. Unplug the power cord from either the back of power supply or the wall outlet. Open the computer. Find and remove the coin battery on the motherboard. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Reinstall the battery, plug the power cord back in. Might also try the same with the TV too. Unplug it's power cord, press and hold power button for 30 seconds. Turn the TV on just before turning on the computer.

I also have a Vizio TV connected to my server computer as a monitor, and it is quite finicky when it comes to the order that I turn on the components.

For the bios problem,uncheck the 'Safe Mode',if it is checked.
In the search box,type in---msconfig---run as administrator and select the Boot tab and clear the Safe Mode box,click OK and restart and see if the bios is now available.

I'm getting no signal so I can't type anything.

I've now tried removing the battery. The MB is an ASUS Pro Prime while the GPU is an ASUS. I did a benchmark to test my new computer's ability from a site other's I trusted told me about. The computer didn't crash, just after that it would only give "No Signal" so I returned it thinking it was the GPU but as I've typed, this is a new one.

You listed your processor, What is the Make and Model# of your motherboard? Make sure you are selecting the HDMI input on the Television Menu. If you have access to a computer monitor, try that instead of the TV
If all fails, you can also Clear the CMOS of the motherboard.

I've already tested the cable and MB with my laptop.

I've already taken the CMOS battery out and returned it to its place.
