    I can't find any pattern or anything that correlates to this action. Any suggestions? I want it to autohide when I'm not using it. Thank you.

    Hi Nisko,

    A quick search of the web reveals the following:
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    It could be because of a third-party program. If the taskbar is refusing to auto-hide, it’s because of an installed program and has nothing to do with Windows 10. There are many programs that sit in the system tray area of taskbar and some of them waiting for your (user) action actually prevent the taskbar from auto-hiding.
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Here is what I would suggest-- once you have booted the laptop and are working normally, try right-clicking on each program running in the system tray and, if the right-click menu permits, exit each, one-by-one testing to see if the Windows taskbar stays hidden.
    If a running program does not permit a right-click-exit from its system tray icon, then use the Startup app to systematically determine which application is the offender.

    Hope this helps!
