Windows 10 "stuck" at black loading screen before logon screen

    Windows 10 1809 17763.2237
    Computer is Lenovo Thinkpad X230
All the drivers and Windows are up to date

When booting or restarting the computer, it stays on the black loading screen for a long time before it reaches the logon screen. Here is a video of it: https://streamable.com/wygbkf

Here is the Windows Performance Analyzer log: Dropbox - boot_1.zip - Simplify your life

The Windows Performance Analyzer log probably tells the problem, but I don't know exactly how to read it.

    Thanks in advance.

Does your Lenovo Laptop use a standard HDD? or an SSD? You can go to Search and type Optimize and start the Defrag and Optimize app. It will tell you if your C: drive is a Solid State Drive or a standard Hard Disk Drive How to Check if a Hard Drive Is SSD or HDD on Windows: 4 Steps.
If it is standard HDD then the drive may be ageing and be in the beginning stages of failing.
Either way, download DiskGenius in my signature. Highlight your Disk and go to the Toolbar to Disk/View SMART Information. This will give you an overall snapshot of the health of your HDD/SSD. If there is a Caution banner, your drive will have some Life to it but is beginning to fail. You can also go to View or Repair Bad Sectors/Verify Now. This will take a long time but show you if you have any Bad Sectors, if you do, you should plan to replace the drive ASAP,
