Every Folder on my PC has been locked as Read-only since last update?

    Ok, on further examination it seems to be ok now? Will post if i come across any exceptions etc?

    Your problem was a separate issue and had nothing to do with

    That property does not mean what you think it means.
    In fact, it is pretty meaningless and has been since Windows 7 if not earlier.
    Just ignore it.
    Windows does.
