    Hello @lse123,

Your Build Number refers to 2004 - 19041.264 - May 2020 Update by the way.

I think this is getting to a stage where you need to attempt a Clean Install.

You can retrieve ALL your data BEFORE you do this by using a Linux Live USB / DVD, or similar, if you can NOT Boot into the OS. Further information is available if needed.

    Is your drive a UEFI-GPT?
You can rebuilt the Boot Manage on the EFI partition

Boot from the installation drive as UEFI and launch a CMD window (Shift+F12)
    Type
    Diskpart
list disk (identify the OS drive "n")
select disk n (replace n with the drive number found above)
list partition (identify the FAT32 EFI partition number "k")
select partition k (replace k with the FAT32 EFI partition number found above)
    format quick FS=fat32 label="EFI"
    assign letter=W
list vol (see if Windows is C:)
    exit
    bcdboot C:\Windows /s W: /f UEFI (replace C if Windows isn't C)

    Diskpart
    select vol w
    remove letter=w
    exit

    Hello @lse123,

You ONLY need to follow the instructions that we have ALL given you at the time we give them, rather than adding and running additional commands after them etc. This is why you are getting nowhere and heading for a Clean Install.

Please STOP messaging me, it is NOT cool.

If your main drive is less than half full you can do a clean install without cleaning your current installation.
    - Boot the Win 10 installation drive as UEFI, not Legacy and go to install. Don't delete any partition. Install Windows on the same partition that you have windows now.
It will create a Windows.old folder and move ALL files and folders to it.
Once you have windows installed you can go to Windows.old and fix some things, copying some files from the new install to the old one.
Than you can try to boot the old and fixed installation.

If follow along that you say, the old install isn't going to be gone [since will be in /Windows.old], and exist ONLY the new install?
    Are data and programs kept...?
