    How many drives you have?
If you have more than one I suggest you to detach (SATA or Power cable) all drives but the main (C:) drive.
On the log file it mention D: drive. It should be C:
Did you check BIOS to see if the C: drive is the priority drive?
During POST, launch boot menu. How many options you have

    on X:../

    found:
    Note the Windows C:/ DRIVE
is d:/ in BIOS/UEFI CMD Prompt because has Windows system folders and having as I remember AutoCAD INSTALLED IN program files FOLDER

E:/ WINDOWS DATA DRIVE 4TB is c: in BIOS/UEFI CMD Prompt

Are you suggest try the command prompt:

I already ran:chkdsk d: /f /r it failure again loop continues... then is OK run:
    // if yes for c: put c: or d: ?
Or put the same exact as appear below:...?

I suggest you to detach (SATA or Power cable) of all drives but the main (C:) drive. Better be safe than sorry.

Also, if one of the other drives once had a OS (Windows or any other OS) it may be that you're trying to boot a drive that no longer has a OS.

So to deactivate a ssd or hdd
    after shutdown
I can remove sata3 data, or power, or both cables
Either of the 3 ways will work without problems...?

    2
Are you suggest try in the command prompt:

    I already ran:
    chkdsk d: /f /r

// After disconnect drives then i must having only C:/...?
    So below for c: put c: ?
I have to put the same exact as below?

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup
    attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s
    ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
    bootrec /rebuildbcd

Also to run this, in the cmd line, i have to run from X: or from C: ....?
C:/boot/ this folder has to pre-exist...?

The power sata cable is the biggest of the two... in other words is bigger than sata data cable? Correct?

    Hello @lse123,

On your system, is this correct => Windows Directory = D:\Windows?
What do you get if you do as I asked in Post #9?
