jpg thumbnails won't show in windows 10

Hello, I am looking for some help?

As you can see the issue I am having is that my JPG files are not showing thumbnails, they are just showing what looks like blank white paper.

Here is what I have tried so far
    1) I have reset the thumbnail cache
    2) I have unchecked the Always show icons, never thumbnails option.
    3) I have verified that the Show thumbnails instead of icons option is checked

But still, I get no JPG thumbnail, PNG is working as it should

Well nothing to see as there isn't an image uploaded that I see

Switch to details view and post a simple copy with snipping tool and all you have to do after is open a reply and right click and paste.

Thanks, ThrashZone for responding. What I meant when I said see was that it was the same as the title, anyway attached is the image as requested, you can see that PNG thumbnails have no issue whereas JPG are like blank bits of paper

Is there any default app set for .jpg files?
Have you tried the reset icon cache:
Rebuild Icon Cache in Windows 10
    Or the rest thumbnail cache:

Sorry, everyone for your support, and the delay in responding... It has now somehow returned back to showing thumbnails, so we are all good.
