    V. Technical: How to read contents of apparently Encrypted .sys file?


    Very technical question, wondering if anyone knows...

    Is there a way to unencrypt/read the contents of .sys Files?

    I open them with Notepad but the contents are full of random characters.

    Can anyone explain a way to read these files?
    I'm trying to do some coding and need to be able to read these...

    They are not encrypted. They are simply not text files. Some .sys files can be read as text, others can't.
