keeps asking Me to reboot

    Create a LInux boot USB (e.g. Mint) and boot from that. If successful, then it's likley a borked OS or failed/failing drive. Grab your personal files off there ASAP before mucking around with any further testing/troubleshooting - which may reduce the chance of recovering personal files.

    If unsuccessful Linux boot, then other hardware failure.

    If booting from the Linux USB was successful, then ....

    Remove the drive and replace it with a blank drive.
    Re-install Windows 10 (from scratch, clean install) (If you need further help with these steps, come back to us)

    As far as the old drive goes, stick it in an external USB enclosure, and (assuming you've recovered all your personal data files) re-format it and then run some tests (CrystalDiskInfo - free). If OK, then you've got yourself a spare external backup drive.

    Thank you for your input, the model is a Lenovo 300, and it does have a Novo button!!!

    Did you entered BIOS to see if the drive is recognized and listed?

    If the drive is listed in the Bios you can start the laptop using the Novo Button instead of the Power Button to go into recovery.
