I thought you were using WinSpy to track it down. What has that revealed?

Are all the problems on all your various current threads all about the same computer, your Chuwi Hi10X?

I have examined my long list of extensions (not all are 'on') without finding Layout Manager or similar

Regarding a different issue I found the new version of Tabs Aside 'on' which I would like to use, but I do not see any indication that it is available in my Edge or how to activate it. Is it possible that it does not work with vertical Tabs?

You said you could find nothing.
Searching for rtL120.btl just returns 'no items match your search'
    What is rtl120.bpl?

Have another look at my post #3 - result of my Google search.

I have tried to download WinSpy but it gets deleted from my downloads folder immediatly after appearing there. I think I am trying with the right one (from SourceForge), there seems to be at least 2 with the same / similar name. I have also had problems with blocking by an unasked for intrusive zip extraction app, but have uninstalled that now, ,so I will try again with WinSpy

You can also use Sysinternals Procexp app (Process Explorer) - just drag the target icon over the window.

You are trying to run that WinSpy-1.0.3.7z file?
You do not seem to have a zipping utility installed.
    - I do not remember how Windows behaved with its build-in equivalent. If you right-click on the file does it offer to extract it?
    - Consider WinZip [which has a free version] or 7zip [which is free].

Did you make any notes about what this was? Or take any screenshots?

    @clayto

Have you tried installing Auslogics Registry Cleaner (guess from post #3), again, and then using a program like Revo Uninstaller to uninstall it?

Or just reinstalling it? Assuming, this is the program in question here.

For the .7z file types it usually is best to have 7-Zip installed as the built-in compression of File Explorer can't handle the type. I don't know if WinZip can or not, didn't used to back in the last I had. I having download issue I try MajorGeeks.Com - MajorGeeks, have never had a problem there.

Do you have anything Auslogics installed?

    What is rtl120.bpl?

Edit: Avoid installing FreeFixer if tempted.

If you have auslogics products, uninstall, reboot. Download a fresh copy and install.

Other than that update VC+ runtime packages then reboot.

    Download RuntimePack - MajorGeeks
