    What is 'My organisation?

I don't have a (relevant) organisation so why does Windows say some settings etc are managed by it?

This is simply Windows-speak to tell you that there are policies defined that have some impact on update (e.g. "don't download device drivers" will cause this to appear). Doesn't matter if you belong to an organization or not, you'll see something like this:

Think of it as a feature of how Windows works. Most of the time policies come from the top down, so this will be correct. But for individual users, families, and small businesses, it's usually wrong.

If the Admin on your PC changes some settings. MS calls that an organization. It is a generic reply.

    Hello @clayto,

This normally means that some Registry Settings have been Added/Modified, either by editing the Registry or through GPEdit. Have you done or applied ANY of these, and if so, can you remember what they were?

Did the message appear when you were doing ANYTHING with WU?

    I hope this helps.
