    @Takeshi18 hello ,

    If you enter the BIOS, is your boot drive present in BIOS? If your BIOS has diagnostics, I would run them to see if everything is okay with what it can test.

    Check that the time and date is correct in the BIOS. If it's not, set it to the correct date and time and turn off the laptop, then turn it back on to confirm it's correct. Incorrect date and time after you fix it means the CMOS battery needs to be replaced and the BIOS won't retain your settings.

    Look at this, but don't reset your Windows just yet. You can try the other items.

    What is the Make and Model # of your laptop?
    By Boot Logo, do you mean the laptop manufacturers Logo Splash Screen?
    A "required Device isn't connected" means that your HDD/SSD is not connected or has failed.
    As stated, boot into Setup (Bios) go to System Information. It should list all of your drives in the computer. If your HDD/SSD is not listed. Restart the computer and press F12 (on most computers) ESC on others, and run the Diagnostics. If that fails, try to reseat it into the laptop.
