Advanced winpe / winre suggestion

Hi Friends
I want to build custom windows PE /RE rescue disk based on latest windows 10 build.
I have tried to build it using win10xpe but somehow I want more advanced version specifically for Hard disk Data recovery / DIsk cloning and for other security tasks.
I am looking for following features ---
1) Extensive drivers support --- intel chipsets /USB 3.0 / SATA AHCI / NVMe / LSI megaraid and other raid controllers / SAS controllers , HP /Dell / IBM driver packs integration., all network cards / wifi adapters etc
2) Full WIFI support
3) Integration of many tools like Teamviewer remote access
4) Bitlocker data recovery tools.

I want to try both winRE and winPE ( v10) .

Can you pls. suggest how can I do this task , what steps I must do. Which tool has these features.
I will have to rely on ready made tools as I am not proficient to do command level or any programming related tasks.

Win10XPE is probably the most advanced PE out there. It supports Many flavors of recovery software. It also have one of the best drivers support, from complete integration up-to dynamically install missing drivers passing by complete manual installation.

It has full built-in wifi support with the help of PENetwork interface and can automate every aspect of networking setup.

It has hundreds of ready to use Plugins that bring a impressive optional software library that can be added. It also support applications that requires to be logged as Administrator. Like TeamViewer. And Bit locker is also supported.

I will have to rely on ready made tools as I am not proficient to do command level or any programming related tasks.

Then Win10XPE is what you want, It give users the means to create powerful PE solutions without having to learn "everything". It offers vast scripting facility, fast building capability with Full Log of creation process. Giving strong assets for quick and precise troubleshooting.

Thanks a lot for all the help.
Yes as suggested by you , I will use latest windows build 21H1 and I might have not used many applications plug-ins fully. Further I can always integrate latest drivers packs as well .
I will collect all raw data first and then carefully give it another try.
I just want to know following ---
1) Is it possible to create WinRe than winpe , Is winRE more advanced that winpe
2) Is winpe build is of latest generation (PE10)

I am sure as suggested by you winxpe is most advanced custom winpe builder.
Unfortunately I am unable to utilize its potential.
For several days I have tried various options to build my hard disk testing and diagnostics related winpe but I am not getting success.
There are few things which I can improve ,but in general I have selected all available utilities only.I have tried to add large no. of drivers from dell winpe driverpack.
Attached is my failure log and screenshots, where I am making mistake. So far I have not tried to convert any program to winpe format plugin /script as I don't know how to do that.
But I want to add latest version of teamviewer and icecream screen recorder .

I have formatted my another laptop Thinkpad X240 with latest windows 10 pro build and run entire process again ,As you have suggested I did not selected teracopy , But I have got failure again. I think it has something to do with Megapack. I got errors several times that files are not present while downloading megapack.
But I need some of the utilities from it. I think I will have to manually convert those tools in winpe plugin format and add them and skip megapack altogether. I have selected large no. of drivers as well may be that is causing some issues.

can you pls. suggest any powerful tool which can convert normal 64 bit windows programs in winpe format so that I can add them in my basic winpe. I want teamviewer latest version , anydesk , cpuz , fastcopy , hdd sentinel , and other tools

Now, The new HWInfo does not contain the HWInfo32.ini file anymore. You can rem out that line from the plugin.

Thanks. I think winxpe does not support 21H1 , I always got warning that "(Core.script) Winre.wim Version (10.0.19041.1) Does Not match Install.wim Version (10.0.19041.928). Incompatibilities Are Likely to Occur With Perhaps an Unreliable Result. Preferably Use Windows 10 version 2004 - 20H1"
Besides I did not created wim using wimbuilder since it was present in extracted windows iso ( I got error that wim not found from earlier windows iso version)
I will try to create wim and perform all process again.

I want to know following -
1) How to create winpe compatible applications from 32/64 Bit normal portable applications ? Is there any tool for conversion ?
2) I have old winpe disk which I have created 1 year back , it is flawless and working excelllently . I am wondering what is going wrong with updated version. Can I add drivers and applications in this already created winpe ?
3) I have tried many windows builds , I have even ensured OS installed on laptop and ISO used in winxpe is same ,I have installed specific ADK .Still I get error -

Hey, have you looked into Hirens Boot CD? That probably has most of what you want already setup. They have USB option now.
