SEARCH censorship ?
Why is it that both the Search in the Task Bar (Cortana ?) and in top right of the Drive page, fail to find results for 'quarantine', when I can manually find AT LEAST four folders with that name on the drive ?

The basis of search in the two - assuming you are referring in the second case to the file explorer search field- is different.
The first uses indexed search only, in certain categories.
The second searches everything in the file hierarchy below the point at which file explorer is open.
The second is fast only if search indexing applies to everything below that point, and in my case, I succeeded (to my surprise) in having ALL searches being 'instant' even if file explorer is open at My PC or C:
Note that Cortana has been unrelated to search for some time and has effectively been made redundant.
File Explorer is not good for searching hidden files, system files, quarantined items, etc. IMO, you really need to install a third-party tool to easily find anything, anywhere. I use XYPlorer (I paid for a lifetime license a long time ago). I like that it can search for anything I've ever wanted to find, very quickly, without doing any indexing.
