Boot into windows, open msconfig and remove the entries you don`t want.

It might be beneficial to upload a screenshot of disk management so we can determine why there are multiple boot entries. If you are reinstalling Windows 10 there should not be multiple boot entries. More than likely your system partition the computer is booting from is not on the drive that you think it is on.

This should not be happening? How did you install Windows on to the new SSD?
And even if you do find a solution, no telling what problems will be left behind to raise their ugly heads again at some stage in the future. Deleting the other bootup options is only a superficial solution.
EDIT : I suspect that in actual fact, there are 3 installations of the OS, maybe taking up unnecessary space on your SSD. How many "Windows" folders are there on the device?
As stated, In case you don't know how to . Press the Windows key +R in the Run Box, type msconfig and press Enter go to the Boot tab. Select each of the Windows 10 entries you don't want, and press the Delete button. Apply and OK
