I agree, SIW2's suggestion is worth trying. I can confirm from personal experience that a fault in a HD can prevent booting.

    Unusual HDD fault
    Thank you.

There is some I do not have the knowledge to understand. If the HDs are detached & the PC boots into its BIOS, how can the PC's OS be restored, re-installed to the PC since all HDs have been detached? Will the HDs, the original ones or brand new ones, be attached back on after booting into the BIOS ? Does this make the re-installation or new installation of Windows 10 operable, namely, the installation media USB, and all USB devices, can be read by the OS?

Your first task is to see if you CAN boot to BIOS. Can you do that?
There's no point in playing about with 'what if's at this stage.

If you can't succeed in doing that, all else is void, and you're faced with a warranty repair or a repair shop.
    Thank you.

All right, well understood. Just like to learn some new knowledge & know what to do the next step.

Have disconnected the SATA3 hard drive, as picture 01, but the SSD is fixed on the board, as picture 02. I do not know how to disconnect it.

Everything remains the same since the SSD is not disconnected.

I'll ask someone & try to disconnect the SSD & complete the test.

    Thanks.

Remember static precautions- earth yourself/person and don't stand on an insulating surface that can generate static e.g. a carpet.

Did you try detaching the hd and see if you can boot to bios.
Have the hard drive SATA3 disconnected & the SSD Lite On 1-GB128 taken off the main board & then started the PC.
No any difference. Still stuck as the photo below.

    Thanks for the warning.

Have had the hard drive disconnected & the SSD taken out of the PC & the start the PC.
No any difference & the start up process is still stuck at the brand logo.

USB keyboard may not be registering. Try a different keyboard

    Thank you.

The PC is an Acer Aspire T3-715 which provides only USB ports for keyboard & mouse.

Purchase a SSD and remove the HD

    Set Bios to Defaults

    Clean install W10 21H1

When I asked "What is the next to do if the HDs are detached and the PC boots into BIOS ? How do I install Windows 10 since there is no HD in the PC?" , I did not know back then that the BIOS of this machine was not functioning.

It seems now that the BIOS is not working. I disconnected all devices & cables from the machine and with only power cable & VGA cable connected to the machine and turned the power on. Could not go into BIOS. Now, I am almost sure that the problem of this PC is a nonfunctioning BIOS.

Because the BIOS does not function, there is nothing else functioning on this PC.

How to make the BIOS work, please?

    Thanks.

You have to have a drive connected to install windows on.

No clue as to why you can`t get into the Bios.

Very good note. If you are working on carpet, leave power cord plugged, put PSU switch off, and always touch casing before computer parts. This saves a lot of trouble in on site interventions. You can also get loaded just by manipulating a plastic bag.

Looks more like a classic drive failure to me!
