Unable to copy an ISO file to another source

I have an Office ISO file on a HDD and I've been trying to copy it to either another hdd or a USB stick by using Windows file copy or Teracopy and it fails.

With Teracopy I don't get an error just a failed message.
With Windows I get a file xxx is too large for the disc which is clearly not the case

I've tried various other mediums and it won't copy.

I've tried to zip it again and copy no Luck.

I've even temp turned off the virus scan. No Luck

The ISO works and is not corrupt as I've used it.

    Any ideas please

I cant believe it was that simple and I missed it.
I created an NTFS partition on the HDD and it allowed me to copy the file np.

    Thanks again
