weird language pack bug?

Hi, guys I just bought a second machine. Of course, I use the same Microsoft login on both.
I´m a designer and use foreign fonts and letters for pattern making in my work as a designer.
Here is the weird part, the languages I installed via language prefs, no proofing is necessary, can´t be installed on the second machine if they are already installed on the other one, they are greyed out like the picture.
Do I really need to make a second use to be able to do this!?

ohh.. what now!?? I can´t upload a screenshot. The languages I try to install that are installed on my other computer are greyed out!

Hi, odd.. I have 2 PCs, same MS live ID, base O/S language is US, UK language pack on both.

I have nothing synchronised between them though.

they are greyed out like the picture.

Was there meant to be a screenshot?

However-- that was set up a long time back, not with current Win 10 builds FWIW.

Thank you for your reply.

No, e.g. Win 10 was installed as build 1511 and 1803 respectively. I.e. a long time back. Not recently. I did nothing unusual with the language packs.

I have no problem with English/Swedish, it´s the nonlatin one that won't be installed on both machines at the same time.

What file type are you trying to upload, and how large is the file?

I uploaded many images here but suddenly it won't work! It´s not a file it´s in the right corner at the bottom "language preferences" where you add English and other languages you use for your keyboard. I just switch when working in Photoshop and want to create patterns with them. I can´t install the once I have already installed on my other computer! with the same Microsoft user. So it must be it..

suddenly it worked. You see!?? It´s greyed out! I could install it on my other computer, and all the other languages I installed on it can´t be installed on my new one

to make another user would kill me, all the apps and prefs.!!

I found this, which seems to be an identical problem:

(that is a site which sadly copies material from tenforums, so I've had to add spaces in the above else tenforums blocks it. However I can't find this particular thread here).

No solution though..
