Need help adding a tag to a file, simple right?

Programs, not UWP apps.
1. Actual Window Manager - the one I use- licensed - I got it free. There are cheaper subsets.
This adds
a. Options to the rt click title bar dropdown menu
b. Various selectable buttons in the title bar
c. a tray icon


You can make out the buttons present on all 3 windows - all commands, favourite folders, recent items and on top.

2. Listary (free/paid). This does more than you think at first.
Mouse middle click on an empty area offers a menu- items expand.
Also an optional search box



3. Extra buttons (free)
Does not offer Frequent or Recent.
Adds selectable buttons for send to tray, on top etc.
