    Press the Windows key +R in the Run box, type winver and press Enter. Confirm what version of Windows 10 you are running. If it is 1809 it is very old, if you have a stable internet connection, you should upgrade to the latest version https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10 which should include the latest video drivers for your laptop. If not, you can download an older Windows version driver like Windows 8.1 or 7 from Asus and install it in Compatibility Mode.
