    Night Light flickering

    Hello,
When I use Night Light on my laptop it flickers.
For a split second, Night Light turns off and on automatically. It hurts my eyes,
My laptop GPU is Intel UHD Graphics 620
My OS is Windows 10 19043.1202.

It would help us here if we knew the make, model, and age of the laptop. All you have in your specs is the desktop.

Sorry for the gravedigging, but I have the same problem with the same exact computer (but on Windows 11). Anyone found a solution?

    You could try this instead:
    Download LightBulb - MajorGeeks

I still had this problem with my laptop on Windows 10. However, I haven't noticed the flashing since upgrading to Windows 11, but it could just be my brain and eyes adapting.

Thank you for your answer. As a note for future readers, the problem still isn't solved.

Suggest you try by way of an experiment, if you really want to try to make any progress and it's that important to you... get a spare disk, clean install Windows on it and then see if you have the problem. If you do, then it's Windows v hardware. If not, it's something about your configuration. Strange that two with the same PC have the same problem. Graphics adapter driver?

This is something YOU will need to investigate. I don't think you'll get some magic instant fix...

Clarification please: Does the 3rd party solution I suggested actually work properly for you or not? Answer is unclear. It might mean that does, but Windows nightlight doesn't.

Noted TheBlackRussian said f.lux didn't on that PC.

I installed LightBulb and I still get flickers every few minutes when the filter goes off for a split second.

Thanks. The thread suggests this is an issue with this model.
