Use your iPhone to upload to a file storage site that permits sharing (OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.) then email just the link to the upload.

    Hey, fisherman!
Because you have an iPhone, you have an iCloud account available. Open Settings on your phone, tap your name (right at the top) and start getting your iCloud set up, then when you've finished, tap your video and explore the Options menu. You can upload the vid to iCloud and share it with anyone you wish. Explore it all, and you'll learn how to do it all. Work at it, fisherman!

When someone here helps you out, it's conventional to click the "Thank" icon (with a thumb up hand) at the bottom of the helpful member's post to show your appreciation. Please consider doing that whenever you get useful help here.
