Hi,
I am looking to change my Windows 10 tablet (currently using a Surface Pro 3 Windows Ver 20H2) for a newer (new or 2nd hand/reconditioned) tablet (any good make)
Must have the following:
10 inch+ screen
Must be able tun rn Windows 10
Must to able to run Microsoft Office 2019
Have at least 1 USB port
Must connect over WiFi
Any suggestions?

Normally you would select a range of tablets using a google search which meet your requirements and then submit them with links for opinions.
For instance what storage capacity do you need
What is the tablet to be used for - this to some extent determines ram, graphics and processor requirements
What is your budget
The query as you have submitted it is just far too wide and means someone has to be prepared to do all the work for you rather than you doing the work, and then asking our opinion on the specs and will it meet what you need.
In the latter case we will be only to pleased to assist
It seems you know basically what you want. Try searching on Amazon and Tiger Direct. Both of these have a verity of tablets. Maybe you can talk to one of their techies, both have fairly knowledgeable technicians.
I am 100% sure that all tablets or computers that have Windows 10 preinstalled factory will be able to run Office 2019 if it is still supported by Microsoft to download officially.
I guess you are asking for opinions, you can search on YouTube for reviews and Amazon / Ebay.
If you are already on a Surface, I recommend getting a new one :) I love using my surface pro , IMHO
What is your price range? And why not a 2 in 1? Or an Android tablet that runs office?

Additional thought. You said you need Windows 10, which has been known as a MEH 'touch' interface. Yet Windows 11 plans to dramatically improve tablet mode. So why would you be opposed to the one that will likely bring Windows tablets back?
