    w10 freezes at different loads

Been fighting this for some time now. Dell xps 8700 dual boot I7 4790 cpu 24GB ram w7x64 and w10x64 19043.1110 21H1, . Either system may or may not freeze at different loads using different programs and the loads are never over 25% on cpu, gpu or drive. Memtest shows memory good, cpu and gpu well within heat limits. All drivers are up to date.
Two days ago I partitioned one of my hard drives and did a clean install with no updates of w10x64 and installed Wondershare DVD creator on it and DVDStyler. That is the only programs on that drive and they freeze the clean install also at different points when making a DVD.
Being that it's doing it on a clean install I can't help but thing it's a hardware problem.
I've included a pdf of a Belarc Advisor scan. Please note on the memory part of the scan that one of them is missing the serial number.

Check Reliability History for reports on freezing and hardware problems.
The ---view tech details---lines 1 & 2 should give useful information.
Try to avoid dual booting and use Virtual box or similar.
Also ,in the search box, type in----dxdiag--- and check through the pages.
In the Display page, note the full driver details, then go to the maker's site only and download that,or later driver if available,
Install it,preferably using Windows own method.
Run ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---to clean up the files.

None of that helped. Any other ideas?

If it is a hardware problem,as you suspect, then it should show in Reliability History and/or Device Manager.
Because the problem appears to only become evident when using Wondershare and Dvdstyler, removing and replacing them with alternatives may be advisable.
The safest and most reliable site to accomplish this is---videohelp.com---,
I don't use dvds' any longer, only usb,so am out of touch with their ideosyncracies.

It's not only with those programs. And it does it on a fresh install on a partitioned hhd drive. I'm thinking it's the graphics or memory although they test good.

The most common cause of freezing is the GPU,either the driver or the card seating.Try removing the card and inspect it for discolouration and distortion of the capacitors.
If the card has active cooling,a fan[s],make sure they are operational and if passive cooling, fins, dust free and in cooling airflow.
RAM is the next in line. Substitution is the better method of checking,if at all possible. If not, then temporarily remove one card at a time.
That there is no report of the problem is puzzling and indicates OS file trouble.
The only viable solution would be to backup, then a Clean install and replace programmes one at a time to find the culprit.
    Now out of suggestions.
