    Sorry for necroposting, but I noticed that the solution/cause for this happening was never posted. The cause for this is pressing WIN+F. This opens the feedback hub as well as creating a new screenshot in the pictures folder.
    It was Win + ? at the time, as I think I mentioned earlier in the thread.

    The change in keyboard shortcuts to Win + F was only made in a Windows version in June 2016, which was after this thread.

    New keyboard shortcut for Feedback Hub on PC: We love getting your feedback, and want to make it even easier for you to get into Feedback Hub on PC builds. To capture a screenshot and launch Feedback Hub please use they keyboard shortcut Windows key + F. This opens Feedback Hub and attaches a screenshot of your PC (you can review and remove this before you submit). The old PC keyboard shortcut of Windows key + SHIFT + ? will stop working because of this change.

    This happend to me twice. It is very similar to the Win+F shortcut, but one picture is from downloading WoW. I was not there to push anything, and the format of the pictures is different from the Win + F function.

    IMO I think MS will do it with or without permission if they are doing it.

    did win +F on Win10 Creator edition, before I had no such folder/image when I pressed the combo keys you suggest
    it loads Feedback HUB, and asks to log in. I close the program and checked in;

    C:\Users\THISPC\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe found northing but empty folders, Looked in X:\Pictures\Feedback\{8708BC19-7E3B-4251-8958-0620E07EEE51} found a screen shot of what was on my screen (in this case the forum)

    I guess it takes a screenshot when you try to get help for a displayed error message, I would not call it "Spying"
    as I did not log in , did not submit anything. and easily deleted form drive.

    I have one feedback as well it takes when I am doing personal EXCEL !

    When I am on the plane, without internet, and doing
    a summary of contact during the trip
    A snapshot of the excel is taken as stealth picture. How bad could it be, this is private.

    Just bumping an old thread. I've not found the key command, this time around, yet; but this is a development hotkey. appears to have been "inadvertently" left in in some public releases but various [win]+*+* commands produce different screenshot + [command] actions. Just saw this pop up again on 17025.rs 1626.
    considering I'm forever using ctr+shift+esc bumping win+*+* instead is not surprising. There's a whole set of screenshot plus action hotkeys in Insider builds that take a screenshot and do something specific with it. Not always sending it outright but making it available for many tasks.

    Sorry to bump this old thread.

    FYI - if you have the Insider Program enabled, Telemetry is forced on you.

    I still recommend using ShutUp10 to disable as much spying as you can. I keep Windows Updates enabled, and I keep the Microsoft Store URLs enabled, and the app access to accounts. But that's it.
