Onedrive is back to appearing in Explorer as a folder

Current version of Windows 10 Pro.

I followed a tutorial here do uninstall OneDrive. While using Explorer today (on this laptop), I see that OneDrive folder keeps reappearing. I don't find evidence that OneDrive has managed to reinstall itself -- which is to say, I can't find it in the Apps section -- so I'm curious if it is really uninstalled or if there was some aspect of the uninstall I missed. I don't remember seeing the folder appear until today. Any suggestions (I mean it's a 'nit', I just don't happen to like things I've gotten rid of just randomly reappearing).

I don't deal with OneDrive, just ignore it but have noticed that many things in Win10 get restored or customizations deleted during a twice-yearly Version Upgrade and maybe once in awhile with a Build update, OneDrive probably is one of those features that come back.

I have automatic updates turned off via a utility and I haven't turned it on for several weeks, at least. I would have thought that had M$ restored it somehow that the whole program would be restored (hence, I should be able to find the app and re-uninstall it; which I can't find it anywhere). Having been forced to go to Windows 10, I have found myself wasting a lot of time taking the same things out over and over again. I don't do totalitarianism very well.
