So I can't snap to split screen. And the settings option, "when i snap more than one window, automatically adjust the size of the windows" is not available. Just isn't there.
Also, if I do Windows Key + L arrow, it dumps me out to the initial...
How can I turn off Snap Assist widget that is at top of screen when moving windows. I have watched videos, I have read posts, in "Multitasking" I have everything turned off and it won't go away.
I have 3 monitors if that makes a difference.
So my laptop has done this weird thing ever since I got it. Whenever I drag a window, this pops up:

It did it when I was using it before and after I reinstalled windows, and I haven't seen it on any other computer, Windows 10 or no....
