revoke lock pages in memory on 64 bit machine

I was tinkering around with a group policy setting in windows 10 pro do to better chance of performance of my system
The setting I tinkered with in the group policy settings was lock pages in memory the groups and users I selected are in the picture attached.

Since the lock pages in memory setting from what I read I mainly for 32 bit operating systems? And seems like it would work better on xp will revoking this permission now cause problems on my system? Or am I okay to revoke the permission?

Any info about lock pages in memory is welcomed

An application developer has the option of locking specific block of memory so they cannot be paged out. This is a developer, not a user option. An admin level user can choose which accounts are permitted to do this.

Locking things in memory sounds like a good thing so why not permit it? But things are rarely that simple.

This can improve application performance if the developer uses the option intelligently and with proper restraint. The problem is that memory blocks that will not benefit from being locked can deprive other applications that need the memory more. It restricts the options of the system memory manager and that is usually a bad thing.

The default setting is that no accounts can lock pages in memory. Unless you are using an application that recommends this option you are probably best to use default options. I would remove all the accounts listed. This is really an advanced option for those who understand the implications. This is not a simple thing.

Ohhhh that must be where the min and max memory comes in and why it's an important setting when using lock pages in memory right?

I was thinking before you told me what you did to DisablePagingExecutive as the Lock Pages In Memory setting is being used. Sounds like I need to do more studying before I go mess with stuff.

Do you have any good websites that are as legit as Microsoft so that I can study this kinda stuff?
