Before seeking a replacement/refund,it would be prudent to eliminate software as a possible cause.
A Repair install helps do that.
The manufacturer will not accept "it must be hardware" as a basis for action.Positive proof is a prerequisite.
Out of curiosity,what is "Liquid Metal" which you deleted?
