PCI Device/PCI Simple communications controller missing

Gents I,ve just done a clean install Win 10 all went fine but in Device Manager under other devices it shows PCI Device/PCI simple comms controller and 2 other unknown devices as missing....I,ve tried to update all through update driver without success...are they important and if so how do I go about installing them.
My laptop is a Lenovo 305 and my Windows version is 21H1 build 19043.1110

Without a pic of Device Manager, I'll guess and say...it's probably unnecessary, but would be included in the latest chipset driver.
I had a similar issue on my AMD motherboard, and I've seen quite a few with similar issues.
It always seems to be included in the chipset driver.

    /edit

Just find the latest Intel? chipset driver, for your laptop, and it will probably resolve that issue.

In my case I called ASUS, and asked them and they gave me a link to an AMD chipset driver, straight from AMD rather than ASUS. That fixed the issue for me.

If you have checked for all drivers provided by Lenovo support then try using the HardwareID of the devices
search for drivers by HardwareID - TenForums

    Best of luck,

    Open the Device Manager
Right Click on the Device in question
    Properties
    Details Tab
Take the drop down arrow choose Hardware ID Copy the VEN_ #### and DEV_#### and paste it into Google Search to find out what it is.

Now sorted by using the device ID as you suggested...all drivers now up to date....thanks to all for your help
