Explorer keeps crashing

    This started to happen a day before I started this thread
    Have you tried using a restore point created before that?

    Have you yet disabled anything? You need to simplify that situation- eliminate anything added- to try to eliminate any 3rd party interference.

    If it's not software, it's got to be hardware....

    Yes I have tried a system restore point created before the problem begain.

    Yes I have did a clean boot and the issue still occured, so it must be a hardware related issue.

    Try running ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth --- and if that doesn't work then consider a Repair Install.
    Hardware issues should show in Reliability History and the other place to check for them is in Event Viewer with event I.D.'s of 9--11--or 15.

    Last and final time of asking: have you tried disabling shell extensions as per my previous posts?

    Yes I have and explorer keeps crashing. I have done a repair installation of Windows and so far no problems.
