I was reaching up to 65C in idle and 91C(throttling) in gaming and benchmarks. Although it was basically a heatstroke where i live at the time, ambient temps have since gone down + i installed another case fan so the temps have decreased since (cpu temps in load are now down to like 70c, GPU still runs hot though at around 85c)
I didnt do any changes in BIOS afaik, i undervolted in ryzen master. I can try reset BIOS of course (at this point im about to send all the parts back anyway, pc is not useable at all in this state) but iirc, I had these freezes from day 1.

On the invoice the memory is named
HyperX 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Fury
but when i look in bios it says memory frequency 2400mhz capacity 65536 MB
so i guess you're right it doesnt run in the advertised speeds unless OC'd (which I havent, i've done no such changes in bios that i can recall).
i'm not even sure how to reset bios, checked around for some factory reset but there isnt any.
