Documents have been overwritten when copy from Android phone to laptop

Hello, my documents have been overwritten. Windows told me that it would ask me if the files would have the same names. In fact, he didn't ask. Is there any way to save about 100 overwritten documents?
I copied the directory containing the documents from Android to the notebook.
PS: I used default Windows file manager.
    Thank you for your help!

Go to the folder where the files are located. Right-click that folder and select "Properties". Select the "Previous Versions" tab. Look for an earlier version of the overwritten files and restore from it.

There are no previous versions available. I really wonder why the system didn't ask if I wanted to overwrite individual files.

    Hi,

Try looking in the shadow copy to locate a backup version of the files.

    With Shadow Explorer

I dont have Windows Backup (File history) turned on. So the output of Shadow Explorer is blank. It seems the files are gone. Recuva and Disk Drill didn't help. .
