    Windows 10 Home freezes

Hi I open this thread cause my PC is keep freezing

The freezes started to happen during the resolution of a BSOD that i solved on this forum in the last month, but it wasn't the first time ever
The problem is that i don't have any log or error when happen

    How it happen:
    - Everytime i start the PC after a shutdown, it freezes and i have to restart it manually (power button)
    - Randomly

Zbook (the user that helped me with BSOD) found a problem with a device: USB Audio Device (Status Error) and told me to uninstall it but, after a reboot or a shutdown the device comes back in the list of Device Manager
    Information for USB Audio Device:
    Focusrite Audio Engineering Ltd
    Focusrite-Novation
    Scarlett 2i4

I have also some problems with latency

    We done many tests
Here all the tests we done, and passed succesfully:

    - OCCT
    - Furmark
    - Memtest86
    - LatencyMon
    - Prime 95
    - Hard Disk Sentinel
    - HP UEFI hardware diagnostics
    - HP Hardware Diagnostics
    - Driver verifier

During the solving of BSOD we ran also:
    - Tuneup.bat
    - SFCfromfile.bat

    Windows specifications
    Edition: Windows 10 Home
    Version: 21H1
    OS build: 19043.1052

    and this

IS IT CONNECTED if it is you can uninstall it as often as you wish and it will come back in device manager as when you restart it will be found by the system, as a new device.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++
Next time you shutdown use this procedure
Step 1: Open Start menu, select Power button.

Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.

See if it still freezes on then starting

    Hi Macboatmaster

IS IT CONNECTED if it is you can uninstall it as often as you wish and it will come back in device manager as when you restart it will be found by the system, as a new device.
Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Next time you shutdown use this procedure
Step 1: Open Start menu, select Power button.

Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.

See if it still freezes on then starting
Ok i did this 2 times
    - first time: it freezed
    - second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.

Do a simple repair install, it`ll straighten it right out.

Cause after that the PC was working better
post 38 on the linked topic

I suggest you send the log as I requested, not the original which you attached when I asked for it but a present dated one - run today.

Am I correct in thinking you run CCleaner on startup, that if you do particularly with the registry cleaner - could account for the OK for a week after the repair install
    from your startup apps
    CCleaner Smart Cleaning "c:\program files\ccleaner\ccleaner64.exe" /monitor DESKTOP-DOII5OK\Marvin HKU\S-1-5-21-3506505518-91310344-3887142883-1002\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
