Major problem after reset and strange answer of the technical service
Hello! As my portable pc had some problem under Windows 10 (Windows stores, photos and some applications did not open. I have to reinitialize Windows, the first time by keeping my file. It gave a failure, but I still had Windows 10. Then I had save all my files and reinitialize again. It gave a MAJOR FAILURE. My portable answer is only by restarting, restarting, restarting non-stop. During the starting by pressing on escape I have ask for a diagnostic of my memory and the hard disk, result : no data, the nothingness.
The technical service department told me to contact my supplier and to ask them for the software to reinstalled Windows 7. Because he say it is my portable and not Windows 10 the problem. and after to begin again with Windows 10. I explain him that my portable was under vista but to upgrade during the purchase to Windows 7, by Futureshop. And what futureshop do not exist any more. then he told me to contact HP or to buy Windows 10. Ask him to send me the disk with the key . His response: no and he told me again to contact HP or to buy Windows 10.
I am a handicap Veteran with big walking problem and would have to be me to run and solved this problem while it is Windows 10 which is the cause of it?
Is there a possible solution?
