    Can't Combine Videos

Since they made the stupid decision to get rid of Movie Maker, I can't combine any videos. I've tried online sites but they won't do some of my videos. I can't use the Photos app, because it doesn't work for me. When I open it, it opens for a couple of seconds but shuts right back off.

I've tried VLC, but the choice to pick a place to save the file doesn't exist for me. I've read that you can use windows media player...but I can't.

    Any ideas ? Preferably free.

Ideally, I'd like online. Those look really difficult to figure out. I am far from advanced. Not to mention that I'm not able to install anything. The install wizard doesn't work for me. I open the file to install the program, the wizard starts to open, but shuts right back off.

I was able to get lightworks to work...but I can't figure out how to save to an mp4. this is all really complicated. I've tried fastwheel before, but my ending file is way too big.

Never mind. I think I'm getting lightworks to work.

Now, I just need to figure out how to crop the picture of a 16:9 video to 4:3. The video is 4:3 with black bars on the sides.
